Palmas (capital)

Palmas is the capital of the State of Tocantins and its largest city.  Brazil's newest capital.  Planned for 3 million residents. Located in the geographical center of the State.  Should be connected to the North-South railroad in 2008 give the region access to ports in the Northeast of the country.
