Arrive São Paulo.
Kory will meet group as they exit customs answer initial questions and
assist with currency exchange. We then catch a transfer bus to the
domestic airport for midday flight to
Cuiabá, Mato Grosso. Arrive Cuiabá
mid-afternoon and check into Hotel. Evening in Cuiabá.
Early morning
departure from hotel and head north to Frontier. Arrive Midday to Nova
Mutum, Mato Grosso. Visit a value added venture in the area and continue
to Lucas do Rio Verde for the evening. Check into hotel.
Morning meeting
with English speaking businessmen and discuss opportunities in the
region. Afternoon visit a satellite receiving elevator for corn and
soybeans. Continue on to
Sorriso, Mato Grosso. Check into hotel.
Morning meeting
with English speaking farmer and businessman. Visit Bunge Grain
elevator- 8 million bushel capacity. Continue to
Sinop for evening.
Check into hotel.
Morning drive to
see land clearing first hand. Return to Sinop for meetings with local
businessmen from the area. Catch 3 pm flight back to Cuiabá and
connection to your next destination.
