Caramuru Alimentos (Foods) Expands Investments in Goiás

The board of Caramuru Foods announced today to Governor Alcides Rodrigues, in Goiania, at the Palace of Esmeraldas, that it  will be investing approximately R$ 54 million for the establishment of three industrial projects in the state, in the municipalities of Ipameri, São Simon and Itumbiara.

The resources will be invested in setting up a plant to produce 110 million liters per year of biodiesel in Ipameri, and extensions of the biodiesel industry and processing of soybean in São Simão

In Itumbiara Caramuru will install next to your unit to benefit from soy and corn, two other industries. One to produce soya-based drinks and other pre-formed packaging. In addition, the company will expand production of the industry derived from corn. (SF)
