Agricola reverses loss and shows profits R $ 22.4 million

Porto Alegre, May 16, 2011 - SLC AGRÍCOLA S.A. (Bovespa: SLCE3;
Bloomberg: SLCE3: BZ; Reuters: SLCE3.SA), one of the largest
landowners in Brazil and one of the largest agricultural producers
in terms of cotton, soybean and corn planted area, presents today
its earnings for the first quarter 2011. The following financial and
operating information are presented in compliance with the Financial
accounting Standards (International Financial Reporting Standards -
IFRS). The information was prepared on a consolidated basis and is
